Information Collected

We collect information on your contact details, property, tenant and individual unit information so that we can provide property services to you as our consumer. We collect financial information and bank details so that we can send you your rental income and create statements so that you can see the profit and loss of your property and what expenses it has incurred and when. If you are a tenant, we will make a note if you have pets, car and where you work. Invoices from contractors are saved under your account and we also store your passport and title deed information to your property if you are an owner as we have a legal obligation to confirm that you are the owner as per anti money laundering regulations. We may ask you to fill in an enquiry form and send it to us by email or we may take the information manually from you over the telephone. You have the right to review and edit this information at any time (Subject Access Request).

We may connect with you via telephone, email, whats app, viber or messenger through Face Book. All our interactions are recorded in case we need to refer to them.

We may receive your details from 3rd parties only for Property Management Services. We do not share your information with 3rd parties without your permission.

We may add you to a marketing list if you have contacted us at some point. If you wish to opt out of marketing emails please let us know by email and we will remove you.

In order to keep your information secure we use password protected American software and all the information is kept in one place. We strive to keep a paperless office and all your information will be stored electronically. There is no unauthorised access to this information allowed.
